History
TM Building and Development, Inc. was founded in 1989, and incorporated in the State of Arizona in March of 1990. The current owner, J. Lynne Prikosovits, purchased the company from it’s founder, Thomas Malusa, in October of 2002. In the spring of 2004, Ms. Prikosovits obtained the KB-01 contracting license and changed the name of the company to more accurately reflect the damage restoration aspect of their core clientele.
In 2009, TM Building Damage Restoration, Inc. added the CR-42 roofing license and began marketing to the public for roofing projects. TM Building specializes in property damage restoration from any type of property loss; wind, water, fire, smoke, odor, vehicle impact, burglary, vandalism, home invasion, etc. Residential or commercial.
